What changes the final party total?

Guest count

Each package includes a stated number of children. Extra-child pricing varies by activity because material and staffing costs are different. Confirm practical capacity as well as the price.

The activity materials

A canvas, pair of shoes, plush bear, cosmetic ingredient or styled figure does not cost the same to supply. Compare the item every child uses and takes home.

Optional additions

Styling, balloon work, adult grazing, cakes, transport experiences and favour bags can add to the total. Some are fixed-price and others need a quote; only add what solves a real need for the event.

An off-site venue

A home or hall can change transport, setup, travel and venue-hire costs. UKU quotes off-site events individually because the location and logistics are part of the work.

Compare like with like

Put venue hire, hosts, food, drinks, materials, styling, games, cleanup and take-home items into one list. Then compare the full amount you would spend—not only the first number shown by each provider. Also ask when the deposit and balance are due and read the current change or cancellation terms before paying.

Ask for one written total

Once the date, package, guest count and extras are chosen, ask for a written summary. It should state what is included and what remains your responsibility. That summary is more useful than trying to reconstruct the budget from messages later.
